Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data is collected when you use the SlidePop mobile game (the “Game”), how it is used, and your rights. The Game does not require an account and never asks for your name, email address or phone number.
1. Data controller
The Game is developed by Semih Bali, who acts as the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Contact: semihbl@icloud.com
2. Data stored only on your device
Your best score, last score, unfinished game, sound/vibration/language preferences and whether you completed the tutorial are stored only on your device. This information is not sent to us and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
3. Data collected by third-party services
The Game uses the following services provided by Google LLC, which process data under their own privacy policies.
| Service | Purpose | Data collected |

4. Permissions and your choices
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: On first launch the Game shows Google’s consent form. You may decline personalized ads, in which case non-personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the Game under Settings → Privacy options.
- iOS: Your advertising identifier is used only if you allow it in Apple’s tracking prompt. You can withdraw this in your iPhone’s Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your phone’s Settings → Google → Ads.
5. Legal bases
Personalized ads and use of the advertising identifier are based on your consent. Crash reports and usage statistics are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Game working and improving it. Non-personalized ads are based on our legitimate interest in offering the Game for free.
6. Retention and transfers
Firebase Analytics event data is kept for up to 14 months and Crashlytics crash logs for 90 days. Advertising data is retained under Google’s own policies. Data may be processed on Google servers outside your country (e.g. in the United States); Google uses safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. Because the Game does not identify you by name, the easiest way to exercise these rights is through the in-game settings and your device settings. For other requests, write to semihbl@icloud.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child’s data has been collected, please contact us.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes may also be announced in the Game.
